Refund policy
Returns/Exchanges:
Our return policy lasts 30 days, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return; please note a 25% restocking fee may apply. Please contact us via email prior to sending your item back to us so we may work with you and obtain all necessary details.
Please note: Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted without prior communication.
For a return to be processed, the item must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees. Be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can address and rectify the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Please note that returns on items with blemishes or gift cards are not accepted.
