Warranty Information

Everydaykydex backs all of its products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Please contact us at bill@everydaykydex.com if you believe your product is damaged, broken, or does not fit properly.

For additional inquiry, we may require images or videos. If it is confirmed to be defective or has damage that is covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace any piece that is required, up to and including totally replacing your item.

Product manufacturing defects are covered 100%. Coverage will be handled either through a refund upon receipt of the original product; or by remaking/ reworking the product upon receipt of the original product. EDK will provide a shipping return label. The manufacturing defects policy does not apply to purchases past 7 days of receipt of the product.

Please retain your invoice/order information for warranty claims. If you sell/give the product away to another individual and they do not have the original invoice information the warranty cannot be applied.

Use or misuse of product is not covered under the lifetime warranty. The warranty does not cover cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stresses, strains or product misuse.
