Everydaykydex stands behind the quality of every product we manufacture. All products are backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is damaged, defective, or does not fit as intended, please contact us at bill@everydaykydex.com. To process your claim, we may request supporting photos or videos for evaluation.

Manufacturing Defects

Confirmed manufacturing defects are covered 100%. Resolution will be handled through one of the following options, and subject to our discretion:

• • A full refund upon receipt of the returned product
• • A remake or rework of the product upon receipt of the returned product

Everydaykydex will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all approved warranty claims. Please note that the manufacturing defects policy applies only to products reported within 7 days of receipt.

Proof of Purchase

All warranty claims require a valid invoice or order number. The warranty is non-transferable — if the product is sold or given to another individual, the warranty cannot be honored without the original proof of purchase.

What Is Not Covered

The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, scratches, or product misuse. Use or misuse of the product outside of its intended purpose is explicitly excluded from warranty coverage.
